BIM/CAD Coordinator - Construction & Property Technology

Ascension Property Services, based in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a BIM/CAD Coordinator to support technology-driven building and property projects. You will develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM and CAD models, ensure drawing accuracy, and integrate data across design and facility systems. Partner closely with engineers, project managers, and IT teams to align models with project requirements and standards. You’ll manage file structures, troubleshoot model issues, support clash detection, and document workflows. This role thrives on collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
