Position functions and physical requirements may vary by store location. Physical Requirements Frequent: 15% of the shift or at least ten repetitions per shift—lifting/carrying to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling to 20 force pounds, reaching, standing, turning. Occasional: Equipment Operation Frequent: scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine. Occasional: calculator. Mental Requirements Judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math.
