As the organization continues to scale, we are strengthening our accounting, tax, compliance, and operational finance capabilities to support long-term growth, audit readiness, and financial discipline.We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Compliance Professional to support core accounting operations with a strong emphasis on tax compliance, fixed asset accounting, regulatory reporting, and accounting process execution. This role will work closely with finance leadership and operational teams to help ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and scalable accounting processes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, understands operational business environments, and thrives in a fast-paced company where finance is deeply connected to day-to-day operations.What You'll Do Accounting & Close SupportSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close activitiesPrepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedulesAssist with accruals, journal entries, and variance analysisSupport multi-entity accounting activities and intercompany processesMaintain and support fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposalsAssist with lease accounting and operational asset trackingTax & Regulatory ComplianceSupport sales/use tax, property tax, and other indirect tax processesAssist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting across multiple jurisdictionsCoordinate documentation and support requests for external tax advisors and auditorsHelp ensure accounting and tax processes are properly documented and consistently executedSupport audit readiness and compliance with internal accounting policiesControls & Audit SupportAssist with internal controls, accounting discipline, and process standardizationPrepare audit schedules and supporting documentationHelp strengthen accounting workflows and reconciliation processesSupport implementation of scalable accounting procedures and financial controlsSystems & Process ImprovementSupport ERP conversion and accounting system improvementsAssist with fixed asset and operational accounting integrationsHelp improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and automationReduce manual processes through better workflow and system utilizationFinancial & Operational AnalysisAnalyze balance sheet and P&L trendsSupport working capital analysis including inventory, AP, and ARAssist with operational reporting and financial visibility for leadershipPartner with accounting and operations teams to improve financial accuracy and accountabilityWhat We're Looking For4–8 years of accounting experience in a corporate, operational, manufacturing, industrial, construction, rental, or service environmentStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial close processesExperience with fixed assets, depreciation, xhyhwjd and operational accountingExposure to tax compliance, audit support, or regulatory reportingDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPreferredCPA or CPA-trackExperience with NetSuite or other major ERP systemsMulti-entity or multi-state accounting experienceExposure to sales/use tax, property tax, or operational compliance environmentsExperience supporting ERP implementations or process improvement initiativesWhy This RoleBroad exposure across accounting, tax, compliance, and operational financeOpportunity to work directly with finance leadership on high-impact initiativesHands-on role with meaningful ownership and visibilityExposure to ERP transformation and process modernizationOpportunity to grow as the organization continues to scaleCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance bonusFull benefits packageHybrid work environment
