Job Details Building Name: Porter – Helen Porter Nursing Home Location Address: 30 Porter Drive, Middlebury, Vermont Department: Porter – HP Memory Care Shift: Evening – 8 hours (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) Schedule: Every Other Weekend Hours: 36 hours per week (Biweekly: 72 scheduled hours) Position Type: Full Time Responsibilities Assist in providing nursing care and related non-professional services to residents by performing tasks for which the employee has been prepared as competent and in a manner that meets or exceeds state, federal, and facility expectations. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Completion of state‑approved training and competency evaluation. Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) with a good work history in similar facilities preferred, or enrollment in an LNA program. Able to read, write, and speak English. Able to communicate and work effectively with others. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: Min $21.99, Mid $27.33, Max $32.67 per hour. LNA Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000, subject to applicable taxes; first half payable after successful completion of the probationary period (typically 90 days), second half after six months.
