• Conduct a variety of routine and complex laboratory tests, including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the integrity of test results by analyzing accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining lab equipment through preventative measures.
• Assist with specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing with precision.
• Meticulously document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members, and advocate for quality assurance in lab operations.
• Uphold a sterile, safe lab environment while complying with all regulatory standards and accreditation mandates.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with preparatory ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us.
