Can connect with the executive dealing with burnout AND the teenager whose family is facing eviction. Believes quality mental health care shouldn't be a luxury. Is comfortable working with Medicaid clients and understands that financial struggles don't define a person’s commitment to therapy. Is detail‑oriented and understands the importance of keeping detailed client notes. Requirements MHC‑LP/LP‑eligible. Minimum 1 year direct clinical experience. Available for in‑person, evenings, OR weekends (at least 2 of these). 10+ hours weekly commitment. Genuine commitment to serving diverse communities. A deep understanding of how poverty and systemic issues impact mental health. A sense of humor (because sometimes that's what gets us through).
