Production Associate, Women's Wholesale Apparel

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team. You will be working cross functionally with design, sourcing and overseas factories to bring product to life from development through delivery. What You'll Do: Responsible for purchase order creation and maintenance in RLM and manage style and costing updates in PLM Build and maintain the WIP report across all active styles — monitoring progress from proto through TOP samples Communicate daily with overseas mills, trim suppliers, agents, vendors and factories to drive alignment on timelines and deliverables Review and approve factory cost sheets in consultation with your manager — including FOB and DDP price negotiation Follow up on shipments and maintain accurate shipment tracking in RLM Support product placement and sourcing initiatives alongside the production team Attend and actively participate in Cross Functional Team meetings — serving as a key liaison between production and internal departments Collaborate closely with and report directly to the Production Manager What We're Looking For: Minimum 2-3 years related experience in apparel or related field Working knowledge of the full production process from development through finished goods Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel RLM and PLM experience strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously Clear and confident communicator - comfortable working with overseas partners and across different time zones A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast paced cross functional environment Compensation: $70,000K — $75,000K commensurate with experience To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
