The salary for this role is $150K - $200K The salary for this role is $150K - $200K Location: San Francisco, CA On-site work policy: 5 days in office in San Francisco About this role We are looking for a Business Operations professional with 2-5 years of experience to own the operational backbone of Conversion, our AI-native marketing automation platform. You'll take over finance, legal, security, and people ops from our Head of Operations as the company scales post-Series A. This is not a founding role—the systems are already in place—but you'll own them end-to-end and grow into a Head of Ops position as the team expands beneath you. We need someone with strong finance and legal/security experience who is also deeply personable, as you'll be the go-to person for sensitive employee matters and cross-functional stakeholders. What will you be doing? Own the entire procurement loop—working with lawyers on MSAs, managing security contracts, and ensuring deals don't get blocked on your end Manage company finances including runway tracking, spend management, taxes, and cost efficiency Handle legal and compliance operations: vendor contracts, office agreements, and new hire documentation Own people ops responsibilities including payroll, HR compliance, and being the first point of contact for employee issues Drive security review processes for new customer contracts, coordinating with customer security teams and external counsel to close deals fast Tech stack Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Financial modeling tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Resiliency LLC
