The Bilingual Dental Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations at a dental office with a focus on delivering excellent patient service in both Spanish and English. Handling a low patient volume, this position involves managing appointment scheduling, billing support, insurance verification, and office coordination while providing a welcoming environment for patients.

 

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental management software
• Greet and assist patients in both Spanish and English
• Verify insurance coverage and process claims
• Support billing activities including collecting payments
• Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient workflow

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dental office administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient bilingual communication in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of dental terminology and appointment scheduling software
• Familiarity with insurance processing and customer service
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
