Your Role

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analysescovering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering strictly to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as the need arises.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, guide new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workspace while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of starting employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
