Benefits Free uniforms Paid time off Training & development Position Lead Twos Teacher – Staten Island, NY $21–$24 per hour (based on experience). Full-Time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Hiring for Ages 2–3. Responsibilities Lead a classroom of children ages 2–3 using our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Create a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Foster children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through hands‑on learning Coach and mentor assistant teachers while maintaining a positive classroom culture Manage daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families about their child's growth and development Maintain licensing, health, and safety standards at all times Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a lead or assistant teacher in a childcare, daycare, or early childhood setting Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or higher) is REQUIRED, OR currently enrolled in an approved Early Childhood Education Study Plan that meets NYC Article 47 requirements.
