Responsibilities Administer and document medication and treatments accurately Maintain the security of drug rooms and ensure proper storage Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions Perform nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments Supervise the nursing team and foster a supportive environment Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina CPR certification or willingness to complete it Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN Work Environment Physical exertion: pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds) Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures Benefits Signing bonus Flexible scheduling Competitive base pay with shift differentials Daily pay access Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 30 days #J-18808-Ljbffr
