Customer Service Representative (Night Shifts)

You'll primarily handle inbound customer calls, helping clients with their banking and brokerage account questions while providing excellent customer service.

• Answer inbound customer calls related to Bank accounts.
• Assist customers with:
• Account balance inquiries
• Account maintenance and updates
• Online banking navigation and login assistance
• Transaction research
• General banking and brokerage questions
• Provide accurate and complete information during the first call whenever possible.
• Authenticate customers according to company policies before discussing account information.
• Identify potential fraud or risks and escalate when necessary.
• Navigate multiple internal systems simultaneously while speaking with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and help improve customers' financial lives.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Required)
• Previous call center experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Good computer literacy.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Strong grammar and professional communication.
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to de-escalate upset customers.
