Hourly ManagerPosition SummaryThe Hourly Manager partners with the General Manager to oversee daily café operations, develop and support team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational and financial success. This leader sets the standard by leading from the front, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring consistent execution of Kneaders' service and quality standards.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payLeadership development and career advancement opportunitiesClosed every SundayClosed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas DayPositive, team-focused work environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOperations LeadershipLead daily shifts and ensure efficient restaurant operations.Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns.Maintain Kneaders' standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.Ensure the café remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Team LeadershipAssist the General Manager in training, coaching, and developing team members.Provide ongoing feedback and hold employees accountable to performance expectations.Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.Motivate the team to achieve sales, transaction, and guest service goals.Administrative & ComplianceComplete daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local health department regulations.Maintain clear and effective communication with the General Manager and ownership team.QualificationsPrevious restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing successful teams.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant and kitchen environment.Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements as required throughout the workday.Join Kneaders and become part of a team dedicated to serving high-quality food, creating memorable guest experiences, and developing future leaders.
