Sales Coordinator (Construction Technology)

What You Will Do: Be the engine behind the sales team: Keep the sales process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals every step of the way — paperwork, tracking, follow‑ups and all. Own the details (and nail them): Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience. Coordinate equipment from order to delivery: Help locate equipment and attachments, place inventory orders, track deliveries, coordinate logistics, and partner with the yard and service teams to keep everything flowing. Be the go‑to for systems and reporting: Use company systems to accurately record sales activity, monitor reports, clear general ledger items, and support monthly inventory processes. Support financing and manufacturer programs: Review finance documents before they go to customers and stay up to speed on manufacturer programs, incentives, and extended warranty offerings. Partner across the operation: Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure deals move efficiently and customers are taken care of.
