Job Description:

• The Communications Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication and marketing strategies that enhance employee & engagement, strengthen brand awareness, promote organizational initiatives, and support business goals. 
• This role combines strategic communications, content creation, internal and external marketing, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across multiple channels. 
• The specialist partners with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to create compelling stories, support organizational change, drive audience engagement, and promote products, services, programs, and initiatives. 
• Responsibilities align with enterprise communications functions including strategic messaging, executive communications, employee communications, web content strategy, and campaign development.
