Production Materials Scheduling Coordinator

OMM Technician – Production Support We are looking for an Operations Materials Management Technician to join our team in Fremont, CA. This fully on‑site role reports to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing. Shift: Night shift 6pm – 6am (Sunday–Tuesday and Thursday–Saturday), including every alternate Wednesday. Roles & Responsibilities Verify incoming materials and shipments and update the Oracle database. Identify stacks for binning & kitting and all rework columns. Reconcile inventory discrepancies in the physical and Oracle database/system. Complete daily transaction logs and all required pass‑down reports. Perform Oracle transactions and work orders (WO). Prioritize work by interacting with area leaders (Lead/Supervisors/Managers). Assist in development of manufacturing procedures to create efficient processes. Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees in the OMM team. Ensure quality control with zero discrepancy or error on the kits or columns. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs); receive, open, and inspect all incoming packaged materials. Work closely supervised but capable of making decisions on assignments based on current workloads. Follow guidelines established for department operations and elevate problems to supervisors when necessary. Monitor and support all OP5 operation planning activities in DE. Process material requests, pull parts, and adjust system inventories. Perform other duties as required. Education & Experience Ability to work independently and well under deadlines and pressure. High School diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, procedures, and environment. Good communication, team‑building, and interpersonal skills with operation team. Proficiency in computerized spreadsheets, database, email, and word processing programs; strong in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of customs/import/export regulations and documentation. Two or more years of experience in planning and production environment. Experience with Oracle database for inventory, receiving, and cycle‑count modules is a plus.
