Clinical Pharmacist

Description The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients’ medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Schedule Details Monday through Sunday every other week (7 on 7 off), 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Required Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy New Mexico Registered Pharmacist – New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire Preferred Qualifications 1 year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
