Job Responsibilities:

• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Harness evidence-based interventions to optimize patients' physical abilities, cognitive skills, and routines.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to offer well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide insightful guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to sustain progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary, ensuring a focused path to recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications

Certifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a must
