Overview Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Novi, MI. We partner with health systems and primary care providers to support mental health as an aspect of overall health. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions. Collaborate within a clinical community and utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools. Help clients achieve measurable progress and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance. Qualifications Independently licensed and residing in Michigan — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD). Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability. Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Committed to teamwork and contributing positively to the clinical community. Comfortable working with telehealth and electronic health record tools. Compensation and Benefits Up to $137,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits. Support and Scheduling Administrative work such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support is provided. Orientation and training are offered, with the goal of building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
