You will operate CNC equipment, inspect finished parts, and help maintain the quality standards our customers depend on.How You Will Do ItOperate CNC machines, grinders, mills, and similar equipment in accordance with prints and specificationsProduce required quantities of parts within established tolerancesMeasure finished parts with precision tools (micrometer, caliper, height gauge) to ensure compliance with quality specsConduct quality inspections using calipers, tapes, check fixtures, and drop gaugesInspect equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic adjustments and maintenanceObserve machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machiningMaintain logs of units produced including any rejected or discarded piecesConsult with quality assurance to identify and resolve out-of-tolerance issuesFollow ISO quality procedures and maintain cleanliness using 5S processMaintain a safe work environment in compliance with MIOSHA regulationsWhat We Need From YouBasic requirements:Prior related experience and/or training preferred, with reliable work historyKnowledge of design techniques and principles for precision technical plans and blueprints (preferred)Basic computer skills including familiarity with inventory and order processing systemsPhysical requirements:Prolonged periods on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive bending and stoopingLift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect partsAble to work in noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical partsWhat You Can Expect From UsCompetitive pay, plus bonuses, and benefits packageSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM; overtime as neededWeekly pay16 days of PTO in your first year401(k) with match starting Day 1Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hireHSA with company contribution of up to $1,500, FSA, and wellness premium discountCompany-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursementPet insurance, healthcare concierge services, EAP, and more!This job description describes the general nature and level of work expected.
