Senior ServiceNow UX Design Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior ServiceNow UX Design Lead in Armonk, NY. In this role, you will lead UX design strategy and execution for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including enterprise platform implementations
* Strong experience designing within the ServiceNow platform
* Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling ServiceNow UX frameworks across multiple applications or business units
* Experience collaborating with engineering teams throughout the design and development lifecycle
* Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
* Proven expertise with ServiceNow design systems, templating, governance, and UX standards
* Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
* Advanced proficiency in Figma
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and present to leadership
* Ability to operate independently and provide senior-level design leadership

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
* Familiarity with Google design ecosystems or similar enterprise design frameworks
* Exposure to emerging design and development tools that automate UX design and code generation
* Experience working with design governance models and enterprise-wide adoption strategies
* Previous consulting experience or experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
