Shift Manager

We are looking for seasoned Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager candidates who can bring their previous experience and add value to our growing brand. As we are a growing start-up company, there will be a lot of future opportunity for growth both in the field (General Manager, District Manager, etc) and at our corporate office. Responsibilities Motivate the team to perform above and beyond company standards (SOP). Ensure that customer service remains excellent at all times. Manage staff, vendors, and customers in a professional and motivational manner. You have a “high five” mentality 100% of the time. Ensure that our food quality is prepared and served at our high standards 100% of the time. Qualifications You must be a very motivated, high energy person who is excited about your job every day. You must want to come in early to work and leave late; not because you are asked to, but because you have a passion for success. You must have a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. You must have a proven track record illustrating your organizational and general business skills. You must possess the ability to keep a high level of confidentiality and embrace exceptional integrity. You must have a proven track record of offering high quality customer service in a demanding environment. You must be a team player. You must be a very proactive, solution-based thinker with the outlook of always being results driven. You must be a proven multi-tasker, with a strict attention to detail. You must have at least one year of experience at the Shift Supervisor level or above for a restaurant concept.
