TEK Systems is seeking an entry-level Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first-line IT support remotely. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with password resets, installations, and account management, and escalate more complex issues as needed. You’ll work a second shift from Raleigh, NC, with a pay rate of $15.50/hour and benefits eligibility. Training is 6 weeks; attendance and schedule adherence are monitored. #J-18808-Ljbffr TEK Systems
