Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY Location: Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital Unit: Emergency Department Shift: 11am-11:30pm, 24 hours per week Performs basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES REQUIRED BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Nurse Aide credentialed from the Michigan Nurse Aide Registry preferred. Any issuing authority accepted. Additional Information
- Aids with movement and placement of patients.
- Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Documents necessary records.
