Conveyor Mechanic

Overview We’re hiring an experienced Conveyor Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. This is a long-term, career opportunity with a growing company. Work begins as soon as next week. Temp-to-Hire if it’s a strong fit $26-$28/hr starting pay, negotiable based on experience 10-hour days, Monday through Friday; Saturday as needed Local candidates only – no per diem Scope of Work Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyor systems in a warehouse environment Perform preventative maintenance and facility repair tasks Troubleshoot issues with rollers, motors, lacing belts, PLCs, and VFDs Minor mechanical adjustments and bolt-up work Read blueprints and technical diagrams as needed Utilize mobile apps for work orders, time tracking, and customer sign-offs Ensure all work meets safety standards and procedures Requirements 2–3+ years of hands-on conveyor experience Tech-friendly and comfortable using smartphones for all job functions Must pass background check, 9-panel drug screen, and MVR (required for future company vehicle use) Strong communication and customer service skills OSHA training preferred Lead experience is a plus This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and prove your value quickly.
