Service Desk Coordinator

About the Job Metro Appliances & More in Oklahoma City has a full-time position available for a Service Desk Coordinator. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm Pay: $20.00 per hr. Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service needs.
- Coordinate/schedule service appointments for customers as necessary or direct them to the
- proper servicer/manufacturer.
- Properly document any notes regarding scheduled service appointments in customer invoices.
- Communicate with customers and salespeople in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide repair updates to customers.
- Return customer phone calls the same day.
- Handle any warranty-related tasks regarding service.
- Order necessary parts when needed, check in on parts daily, and get them to the correct location.
- Prepare, log, update, and file service work orders on vendor websites and ServicePower.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
- Ability to stay organized.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Listen to complaints and maintain composure with customers.
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Computer knowledge.
- Data entry.
- Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
