Sr Project Manager - Tenant Improvement

Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple Tenant Improvement projects. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage projects in occupied buildings on aggressive schedules. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of TI projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams Oversee estimating support, scope reviews, buyouts, and contract negotiations Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, cost controls, and quality standards Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges Manage change orders, billing, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and safety regulations Mentor and support Project Managers and Project Engineers Qualifications 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong focus on Tenant Improvements and Corporate Interiors Experience managing TI projects in the $5M–$60M range Strong knowledge of Miami‑Dade permitting and building requirements Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and/or similar construction management software Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Build People
