Marketing Analyst

LHH is currently searching for a data-driven Marketing Analyst for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience to support the measurement and optimization of digital marketing performance. This role will analyze campaign results, web traffic, customer behavior, and channel performance to uncover insights that improve strategy and ROI. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in GA4, experienced in building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar platforms, and confident developing attribution models, KPI frameworks, and actionable recommendations. This position is onsite at our client’s office in Dallas. Responsibilities Analyze digital marketing campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Monitor and report on website traffic, user behavior, conversion performance, and engagement metrics using GA4 and related analytics tools. Develop, maintain, and refine attribution models to measure channel effectiveness and support data‑driven budget allocation decisions. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to campaign goals, funnel stages, and broader marketing objectives. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Looker Studio or similar BI/reporting tools to provide clear visibility into performance. Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into measurement plans, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights. Evaluate campaign and channel performance to provide recommendations that improve lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and ROI. Ensure data accuracy across analytics platforms, tagging structures, and reporting outputs while helping maintain measurement best practices. Support testing and optimization efforts by analyzing results from experiments, landing pages, creative variations, and audience strategies. Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional partners in a clear, concise, and strategic manner. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analysis, or a related role. Strong hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, traffic analysis, conversion reporting, and user behavior insights. Experience building dashboards and performance reports in Looker Studio or similar tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms. Proven ability to develop attribution approaches, KPI frameworks, and measurement strategies for multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email, web, and display. Ability to interpret data, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into clear business recommendations. Strong Excel and data analysis skills with high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance data to non‑technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred. Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in Dallas.
