Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.In this role you will:* Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment* Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:* Monday through Friday - two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM**Support, Growth, and Practice Environment:**At Duly, our approach to rehabilitation care is built around collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.* 60-minute evaluations with no double booking / 30-minute follow-up visits* Built-in documentation time to support work-life balance* Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform* New Graduate Mentorship Program with live training and expert support* Special Interest Groups in areas such as spine, vestibular rehab, sports medicine, pelvic health, pediatrics, and more* Clear pathways into leadership, education, and specialty roles* Network of 39 clinics and more than 200 PTs and OTs* No required marketing or business development responsibilities**Qualifications:*** Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.* Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.**Compensation & Benefits:*** The anticipated base compensation range for this position is **$77,000 - $110,000** depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience.
