ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014, and today I lead a tight-knit team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and grow in this business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Katie Sanford - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
