Job Description WissenCare is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Lafayette, Louisiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 10/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel As a Travel Echo Tech, you will provide direct, individualized care by executing high-quality, non-invasive cardiac diagnostic procedures, including: Performing structural and hemodynamic imaging (2D/M-Mode, Doppler, and Color Flow imaging). Assisting physicians with Exercise Stress Echos, Dobutamine Stress Echos, and ultrasonic guidance during interventional procedures. Analyzing clinical findings utilizing Doppler physics and presenting preliminary reports and critical values to attending cardiologists. Transcribing patient histories, maintaining/calibrating equipment, and managing workflow with minimal direct supervision. Certifications required: RDCS/RCS certification

BLS (AHA)

Minimum of 1–2 years of recent acute care experience. WissenCare Job ID #40. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
