We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy primary care and substance abuse clinic. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and being part of a close-knit healthcare team, we’d love to meet you! Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM No weekends! What You'll Do Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and patient information Collect payments and update patient accounts Assist with medical records, paperwork, and general front-office duties Communicate with providers, clinical staff, and patients Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For We need someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Great communication skills and a positive attitude are a must! Previous medical office experience is a plus, but NOT required. We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and become part of our team. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of service Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information as needed Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff Manage front desk administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and data entry Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a medical front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred Familiarity with medical terminology, EMR/EHR systems, and insurance verification a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment Professional, dependable, and a team player About Us: Sanatio Health Inc is a dedicated healthcare provider serving the Oxford, AL community with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
