This role is ideal for individuals with a broad academic background who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity about technology, and an interest in working with data and light coding.What You'll DoPartner with business teams to document current processes, identify pain points, and define future-state workflowsAnalyze data sets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for process improvementSupport requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specificationsCollaborate with technical teams to test, validate, and implement solutionsAssist in developing dashboards, metrics, and reports to support operational decision-makingMaintain process documentation and ensure adherence to standards and best practicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Liberal Arts, STEM or related field, with demonstrated interest or coursework in data analytics, information systems, coding, or digital tools, with graduation by August 31, 2027.Strong academic track record (3.2+ cumulative GPA) from a 4-year accredited institution.Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovationU.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with using AI tools to research and solve business and technology challengesComfortable working with data and exploring unfamiliar systemsEnjoy problem-solving and finding practical solutionsClear communication skills, both written and verbalAdaptable, collaborative, and detail-orientedThis is more than a job—it's a launchpad for a technical career in federal innovation.
