Your Mission Serve as the final authority for all aspects of aircraft operation, decision‑making, and risk management. Plan, brief, and execute each flight in full compliance with all applicable FARs, company manuals, and Part 135 procedures. Lead effective crew coordination, fostering clear communication and a just‑culture safety mindset. Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis. Ensure exceptional passenger care, from a polished cabin experience to proactive, concierge‑level service. Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports using flight planning and aviation management software. Continuously assess operational risks and apply mitigation strategies in dynamic environments. Minimum Qualifications Total Time: 3,000 hours PIC Time: 1,500 hours Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours Jet: 500 hours Instrument (IFR) Time: 250 hours Certificates: ATP (FAA) Medical: Class 1 Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR) What You’ll Bring Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and Safety Management Systems (SMS). Calm, decisive leadership with excellent communication in high‑tempo or changing conditions. Proficiency with modern flight planning and aviation management software tools. Uncompromising standards for safety, professionalism, and passenger service. Preferred 250 hours PIC in type (Hawker 4000). Previous Part 135 experience.
