Ambulatory Practice Manager - Non-Clinical Leader

Northern Light Health seeks a Medical Group Practice Manager for the A.R. Gould Hospital in Presque Isle, ME. This full-time role oversees ambulatory operations, personnel, finances and regulatory compliance in a busy surgery clinic.
Leading with strategic thinking and a physician dyad model, you will drive process improvements, ensure quality care and mentor staff, while coordinating with hospital and department leaders to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
