Key Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the restaurant with flexibility for extended hours
- Support cash register counting and inventory stocking
- Expedite food orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Follow management directions and uphold company policies and standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and food handling laws
Work Environment & Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including standing and walking periods
- Frequent courteous interaction with guests and team members
- Provide direction and supervision to associates
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient math and computer skills
- Mature, professional demeanor with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and well-groomed appearance
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience

Store #1 opened in Fayetteville, Arkansas on February 17, 2003. Within 6 years we crossed the state line, 4 more years opened our first franchise location, 4 years after that went international, and now, just 2 years later we’re celebrating Store #100, opening in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 17, 2019…and it’s just as exhilarating as day one. With every new store brings a renewed dedication to customers, to stay true to our original mission and true to our roots.
