You'll oversee bridge construction projects from planning through delivery. This is a respected leadership role with a clear pathway into higher-level superintendent or executive roles.
What You'll Be Working On (And More)
- Lead heavy civil bridge construction projects.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors on site.
- Manage safety, quality, and cost reporting.
What You'll Do Day-To-Day
- Direct field operations and ensure productivity.
- Track budgets, cost reports, and progress.
- Enforce safety and quality standards on bridge projects.

What You Bring
- B.S. in Civil Construction or related (preferred).
- 8+ years of bridge/heavy civil supervision.
- OSHA 10 required.
- Proven leadership running field crews.
