Burlington - 650 Stewart Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintain a professional appearance and greet customers entering or exiting the store to promote a sense of control and security; Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft, shoplifting, and other dishonest activities; Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty; Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes; Communicate theft prevention information during store rallies and collaborate with store leadership
