This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance.

This position is contingent on award.

This position may require up to six months of deployment annually.

Responsibilities:

Integrate Defense and National intelligence capabilities into DoD operational planning, incorporating collection, analytic, targeting, and Identity Intelligence (I2) support across planning activities.

Provide intelligence planning support to Army Service Component Commands, Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, and other joint and Army organizations throughout deliberate, crisis, and time-sensitive planning processes.

Integrate Identity Intelligence capabilities, requirements, and considerations into Army and Joint doctrine, campaign plans, OPORDs, CONOPs, and other operational planning products.

Assess intelligence collection, analytic, and targeting capabilities against operational objectives to identify intelligence requirements, capability gaps, and opportunities to improve mission support.

Develop and coordinate intelligence inputs to campaign plans, OPORDs, CONOPs, and other planning products, ensuring intelligence activities are aligned with operational objectives and commander priorities.

Conduct intelligence operations feasibility assessments to evaluate the availability, applicability, limitations, and integration of intelligence capabilities within planned military operations.

Conduct red-team assessments of intelligence planning concepts, assumptions, capabilities, and operational approaches to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, alternative courses of action, and potential impacts to mission objectives.

Apply Identity Intelligence tradecraft and operational concepts across the planning process to support the identification, characterization, and assessment of relevant individuals, networks, and entities.

Coordinate with intelligence, operations, collection, targeting, and planning personnel to integrate intelligence requirements and capabilities across operational planning efforts.

Assess intelligence support requirements for deliberate, crisis, and time-sensitive planning and develop recommendations to address emerging requirements and capability gaps.

Research and interpret Army and Joint doctrine, policies, operational concepts, and planning guidance to support the effective integration of Identity Intelligence and other intelligence capabilities into military operations.

Develop intelligence planning assessments, recommendations, briefings, and supporting products for commanders, planners, and senior military and government stakeholders.

Levels:

Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category

Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category

Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category

Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category

Qualifications:

Experience applying intelligence planning concepts, principles, methodologies, and tradecraft to integrate intelligence capabilities into Army, Joint, and DoD operational planning processes.

Experience applying IC and DoD classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures to intelligence planning, analysis, and operational planning products.

Experience working semi-independently with limited oversight to develop intelligence planning inputs, assessments, recommendations, and supporting products.

Experience integrating collection, analytic, targeting, and Identity Intelligence (I2) capabilities into operational plans, campaign plans, OPORDs, CONOPs, and other military planning products.

Experience applying Army and Joint doctrine, operational concepts, planning guidance, and intelligence processes to develop and evaluate intelligence support to military operations.

Experience evaluating and synthesizing information from multiple intelligence and operational sources to identify intelligence requirements, capability gaps, risks, assumptions, and potential impacts to operational objectives.

Experience developing and defending intelligence planning judgments and recommendations using logical analysis and supporting evidence, and adapting recommendations in response to changing operational requirements or emerging intelligence.

Experience conducting intelligence operations feasibility assessments to evaluate collection, analytic, targeting, and other intelligence capabilities against operational requirements and identify limitations, gaps, and mitigation strategies.

Experience conducting red-team analysis of operational plans, intelligence concepts, assumptions, capabilities, and courses of action to identify vulnerabilities, alternative approaches, and potential intelligence-related risks.

Experience applying Identity Intelligence concepts and tradecraft to operational planning, including integrating I2 considerations into military operations, intelligence requirements, and planning products.

Experience evaluating intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including technical sensors, collection platforms, HUMINT sources, and other intelligence capabilities, to determine their applicability to operational requirements.

Experience evaluating intelligence reporting and collaborating with intelligence planners, collection managers, analysts, targeting personnel, and operational planners to develop, refine, and prioritize intelligence requirements.

Experience conducting structured research, including obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining intelligence and operational information in accordance with applicable security and data-handling protocols.

Experience applying structured analytic techniques and alternative methodologies to examine assumptions, biases, competing courses of action, and uncertainty; strengthen planning assessments; and identify potential operational risks.

Experience identifying contradictions, inconsistencies, intelligence gaps, and nuances across intelligence and operational information and assessing their implications for planning.

Experience producing timely, concise, and analytically rigorous intelligence planning assessments, studies, reports, briefings, and operational planning products using Microsoft Office applications, electronic matrices, and web-enabled tools.

Experience communicating complex intelligence planning issues, capability assessments, risks, and recommendations clearly and concisely to military commanders, planners, intelligence personnel, and government stakeholders.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
