Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within a dynamic medical environment. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and various healthcare practices. The Certified Medical Assistant will work closely with the physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position is Monday to Friday only, no evenings or weekends. There are no health benefits offered.

Duties

• Conduct routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations or interventional pain management procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans using Athena.
• Educate patients on medication administration and post-care instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the clinical environment.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
