Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team, providing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment. This position offers a flexible schedule, including various shifts to accommodate the needs of our patients and staff.
Position Details
- Work schedule: 36 hours per week with a combination of 8, 12, and 16-hour shifts
- Shifts may vary between 3 to 5 days a week, primarily including weekends
- Potential for overtime during certain weeks
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in compliance with established guidelines and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the dignity and comfort of residents
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Long-Term Care or a similar setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
