As a Server at Stationhouse Grill, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and warmly to make them feel welcome
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system
• Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service
• Upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
• Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
• Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
