As a Server at Stationhouse Grill, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. Join our fun and supportive team in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to connect with guests and showcase your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly to make them feel welcome
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system
- Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service
- Upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately
- Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
- Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
