RIGHT NOW.\n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer, including disabled \u0026 veterans. \n\nPrimary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo \nFunction: People and Culture (CA) \nTitle: Part Time Student - HR Coordinator - Fargo, ND - 119038 \nOnsite/Remote:Onsite Position\n\nNote: Relocation assistance is not provided.\n\nThe Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company\u2019s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.\n\n## Your Responsibilities\n\nAs a Part-Time Student Human Resources Coordinator for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, North Dakota, you will: \n \n\u2022 Support recruiting, onboarding and administration of the Engineering Intern and Part-Time Student Programs \n\u2022 Support deployment of HR programs, organizational changes, policies and initiatives in support of the business strategy \n\u2022 Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities. \n\u2022 Utilizes Human Resource tools and systems to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information. \n\nVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position\n\n## What Skills You Need\n\n\u2022 Pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, or related field.\n\n\u2022 Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university\n\n\u2022 Available to work up to 10-15 hours/week during the academic year \n\n\u2022 Available to work up to 30-40 hours as a full-time employee during the summer \n\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail \n\n\u2022 Effective written and verbal communication skills \n\n\u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality \n\n\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) \n\n\u2022 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team \n\n\u2022 Positive attitude and willingness to learn \n\n\u2022 Strong time\u2011management skills and ability to balance work and academics college/university \n\n\u2022 Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later \n\n\u2022 Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above \n\n\u2022 This is an on-site position and requires the ability to commute to the work location daily.
