Job Description: As a Lawn Care Specialist at MowCo., you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and appearance of our clients' lawns. Key responsibilities include mowing, string trimming, and blowing lawns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improving lawn health and appearance.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
