Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Be part of a locally‑owned autism company’s expansion in the Phoenix Metro. Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts are needed to deliver evidence‑based ABA services and support families on their autism journey. Our organization serves the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas and is expanding to the West Valley (Glendale, Avondale, North Phoenix). We seek experienced, culturally aligned, innovative‑focused Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts to advance access to quality autism care. Job Responsibilities As a full‑time, center‑based Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, you will train and manage a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs while developing individualized ABA‑based programs for children with autism across clinic, school, home, and community environments. Responsibilities include creating functional behavior assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current Arizona Behavior Analyst licensure or eligibility Experience supervising clinical teams and delivering evidence‑based autism treatment Eligible candidates will value leadership, accountability, and long‑term impact. Board‑Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts who meet eligibility may also qualify for hiring and retention bonuses.
