Description

At the Melt, we are looking for highly experienced Crew Members to work Late-night Weekday & Weekend Closing shifts from 7:00pm PT to 3:00am PT from within the food service industry for a Fast Casual or Quick Service (QSR) brand, we want you to apply to explore joining our Team/Family!

These roles require working late nights including on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in restaurants open till 3:00am.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications

1. MUST BE HAPPY & at least 16 years old to apply.
2. Must have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
3. Must be available to work flexible hours including peak sales times, opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends.
4. Prior experience not required but helps if you've worked in a restaurant, deli, caf, fast food, coffee, retail or customer service.
5. Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
6. Must be able to read and communicate in English.
7. Must be able to lift between 25-50 lbs.
