Put your troubleshooting skills to work across an entire operation. This role combines commercial HVAC service, production equipment maintenance, and facility improvements—with variety, independence, and direct access to ownership.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in solving problems, preventing breakdowns, and keeping people and equipment working safely.

The opportunity

Your work may range from diagnosing a rooftop HVAC unit to upgrading lighting or servicing a company van. You’ll support a variety of systems, including:

• Commercial HVAC systems.
• Dry-cleaning production equipment.
• Boilers, compressors, presses, and motors.
• Commercial laundry machinery.
• Light vehicle maintenance.
• General facility repairs and improvements.

Pay and schedule

• $65,000–$75,000 base salary.
• Overtime and on-call pay.
• Monday–Friday, day shift.
• Limited on-call rotation with rotating emergency coverage.
• Based at 6845 Caine Rd, Dublin, OH.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Maintain equipment to meet the 98%+ uptime target.
• Complete monthly preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and facility issues.
• Help reduce outside vendor costs through effective in-house maintenance.
• Keep parts inventory organized.
• Respond calmly and effectively to urgent maintenance needs.
• Maintain clear, accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow applicable EPA, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.
• Participate in the limited on-call rotation.

What you’ll bring

Required qualifications

• At least five years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to organize and complete work independently.
• A clean driving record.
• A stable work history.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across HVAC, equipment, vehicle, and facility maintenance needs.

Helpful additional experience

• Refrigeration service.
• Light plumbing or electrical work.
• Small-engine repair.
• Automotive service.
• Comfort using AI or digital tools to support research and troubleshooting.
