Senior Manager, Global Equity Compensation & Tax

BDO USA is seeking a GES Senior Manager to lead compensation tax work, including the taxation of equity compensation, deferred compensation (409A), and related ASC 718/740 analyses. You will supervise the GES team, ensure quality, and communicate with clients on complex tax matters. The role requires 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, strong technical writing, and solid proficiency with Excel, Access, and other tax applications; CPA or JD is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr BDO USA
