Immediately hiring Welders for a shop in Floresville, TX. 

Job Details: 

• Pay is up to $25/hr. to start based on experience.
• Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Saturdays as required.

Welder Duties:

• MIG Welding.
• Structural welding in shop.
• Must be able to weld on carbon steel.
• Operate overhead crane in shop to move material.
• Fabrication in shop.
• Use grinder and cutting torch as needed.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to accurately perform welds.
• Inspect completed welds for strength, appearance, and conformance to industry standards.

Requirements:

• Looking for at least 3 yrs. MIG welding experience in the field.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy materials.
• Ability to use additional tools and equipment such as grinders and cutting torches.
• MIG Weld test will be conducted.
